The material is generally processed in the rotating drum at high temperatures for a precise time to induce a physical change and is kept inclined to assist the moving material inside.

The Rotary Kiln is a Rotating Drum in which material is fed at one end and taken out from the other end continuously. Different temperature is maintained for different processing requirements.

The Kiln is generally refractory lined because of the high temperature inside the kiln. The kiln can be with Preheaters and aftercoolers for different materials.

In rotary kiln manufacturing process, it requires the following expertise in design:

• The kiln is designed in such a way that it floats on rollers (so that no wear & tear)
• Kiln seals are also provided to prevent false air entry into the kiln
• The rollers, Tyres of the kiln are of special steel. Even some parts of the kiln shell are made from Boiler quality steel.
• The burner of the kiln is a piece of special equipment, which converts fuel into energy with the highest efficiency. Proper design of burner leads to saving the fuel.
• The kiln is provided with all instrumentation, such as a Shell temperature scanner, Roller Bearing temperature indicator, Oil temperature indicator, and Kiln displacement indicator.
• The kiln can be fired with solid fuel, liquid fuel, and gaseous fuel.

We also take jobs for changing the worn-out shells of old Rotary Kiln, Hot Kiln Alignment, and replacement of Tyres, and gears. We have all facilities for reverse engineering to make their drawings of the parts of the already running Kiln.
