CPG’s Contribution to Environment

We are utilizing the solid waste of our 3 manufacturing units into our own 1 MW Gasifier system. We have different types of dustbins for collecting Salable Waste (Steel, Plastics, Papers, Carton, etc) and Non-Salable Waste (Bricks, Stones, etc.). We utilize Burnable Waste, other than the Inert Waste, present in Non-Salable Waste in our Gasifier system. After the Gasification process, the waste is converted to electricity, which we use in these 3 units through the grid.



 
  • 440 KW Solar Panels are installed in our 3 factories, which fulfils CPG’s 50 % electricity consumption. 
  • "In this way, our 50% requirement of electricity is met through Renewable Energy Sources."
  • Our units are free from Water pollution and Air pollution.
  • All the units of CPG have DG Sets with canopy for controlling Noise pollution.
  • We have developed a Water Harvesting System in all our units. We collect the Rainwater from roofs through (drains) and redirect it to earth.
  • We emphasize trees and green areas. Trees and lawns have been maintained in our company's premises. Moreover, we annually donate to NGOs, involved in Tree plantation.
