Our manufacturing infrastructure covers 92,000 sq. m. across four facilities:
- Yamunanagar Plant: 21,000 sq. m.
- Radaur Plant: 29,000 sq. m.
- Mullana Plant: 29,000 sq. m.
- Radaur Unit II: 13,000 sq. m.
The facilities support fabrication, machining, assembly, quality control, and large structural fabrication, with captive power generation and multiple high-capacity Electric Overhead Travelling (EOT) cranes offering a combined lifting capability of up to 200 tons.
Dedicated fabrication facilities are available for stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel, and other specialized metallurgical materials.
Key manufacturing capabilities include:
- High-definition plasma cutting: up to 55 mm thickness
- Five heavy-duty plate bending machines
- Hydrostatic pressure testing facilities: up to 200 bar
- Welding processes: SAW, MIG, MAG, FCAW, SMAW, and TIG
- Welders with over 20 years of experience, approved by Lloyd's Register
- Heat treatment: stress relieving, normalizing, and surface hardening
- Hydraulic press facilities
- In-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): MPT, DPT, UT, and RT
This infrastructure enables CPG to execute large-scale fabrication and precision manufacturing projects for demanding industrial applications.
