CPG successfully commissioned India’s first 250 TPD Single Vertical Shaft Kiln for Khyber Cement, Srinagar. We are the first company in India, that manufactured & commissioned a single VSK of 250 TPD capacity.
Salient Features
- Self-cleaning arrangement in the Nodulizer
- Self-jacking system for adjustment of an inclination of Nodulizer for better result
- Inbuilt Crusher and Dome type Grate in VSK
- Special designed VSK gearbox for trouble-free operation requires bare minimum maintenance.
- Weigh feeder & Paddle Mixture for Nodulizer feeding to control the nodule formation. The Water quantity to Mixer & Nodulizer is interlinked to the feed rate by Screw Weigh Feeder.
- PLC-based automatic water spray system for spraying water. There is very little dependence on Nodulizer operator and due to proper nodule formation, improves burnability, which also improves the quality of clinker
- Paddle mixers eliminate the requirement of a dust collector for Nodulizer
- The improved burning process inside the VSK, higher output, and better quality of the product by better distribution of primary air.
- Continuously operated rotary feeder drive with adjustable tilt angle and adjustable height to achieve the desired bed profile in the VSK
- Pneumatic Triple Air Lock has the advantages of minimal air leakage, less dust and noise, lower maintenance, and a more efficient burning process
